Simen Åkerøy recently stepped into his new role at Havida - a company in Brønnøysund that develops technological solutions for sustainable aquaculture. In a short interview Simen tells us about his two first weeks as CEO at Havida, and of his experience through the recruitment process with BlueIQ.
