"How has the first two weeks in Brønnøysund been for you?"

Last week was cut a bit short as I started on Tuesday. However, I have now meet with a lot of my new collegues. There is so much talent within the building; it is as we can solve any problem - in aquaculture at least.

"What drove your interest for this role in particular?"

It was a natural transition. I have had a long-lasting ambition to step into a executive position. This position was particularily special as I now have the opportunity to utilize my experience and competancy from fish farming. I reckon that will pose as a significant advantage.

"Which values were central for you as you considered this position at Havida?"

I wanted to contribute to improving fishwelfare and the biological results through our products. As I previously worked in fish farming, I wanted to allocate this knowledge, and drive forward a company that has it`s roots as a local "garage startup".

 "How was your experience with the recruitment process itself?"

Per Håkon informed me of what I could expect of the role, and how I could contribute. He was honest, and easy to get in contact with.
