Role mapping and needs assessment

Every recruitment is unique. To find the right candidate, we start with a thorough needs analysis: we need to understand the challenges, opportunities, ambitions and goals you are facing.

Through conversations with key stakeholders and gathering of relevant information, we gain insight into the position from multiple perspectives.

This forms the basis for which candidates we search for, how we engage them in the process, and how we ensure the best possible match – whether for a senior executive, middle manager or specialist.


Sourcing and engaging candidates

Finding the right person requires a thorough process, the right tools and a strong network.

We search methodically and analytically – including among candidates who may not be actively looking for a new job. For every assignment, we conduct extensive searches to identify those with the right skills and the greatest potential to succeed.

Candidate assessment and recommendation

The final candidates meet with BlueIQ for an additional interview, where they present how they would succeed in the role.

We go in-depth through open questions and dialogue to understand traits, behavior, motivation and values – both in good times and in challenging situations.

Our evaluation is based on interviews, tests, observations and reference checks, in line with DNV’s recommended methods. Finally, we provide a clear recommendation of the candidate who best matches the position and the demands of the future.


Follow-up

Our greatest pride lies in finding and supporting leaders and employees who deliver results over time.

During the first year after a new hire has started, we follow up on how they meet the role’s requirements and expectations – while also ensuring that the candidate’s own expectations are fulfilled. BlueIQ is committed to delivering quality.

*If, against expectations, a recommended candidate does not succeed and leaves within 12 months, we will redo the assignment – at no extra cost to you.
