Aiming for a high-performing leadership team

In mergers, consolidations, new strategies or changing conditions, having the right leadership competence can be critical. Where is the company today, where is it headed – and which capabilities, roles and resources are needed to succeed?


Assessing the organization ahead of leadership selection

We begin by mapping where the company is today and where it aims to be in the future.

From there, we define the roles and develop precise requirement profiles, supplemented with 360 assessments and personality tests where relevant. Once the framework is clear, leaders are invited to express their interest, and we conduct in-depth interviews to uncover traits, behaviors and motivation.

Finally, we summarize strengths and challenges against the requirement profiles and provide clear recommendations on how to reach the desired results as quickly as possible.


High-performing leadership teams with the right balance

In addition to assessing candidates against the requirement profiles, the process can also be used to evaluate the leadership team as a whole.

What strengths, weaknesses and development opportunities exist, and how can a balanced and effective composition be ensured? An effective leadership team is characterized by awareness of one’s own and others’ strengths, mutual respect, and a shared understanding of mandate and goals.
