Who is BlueIQ

Per Håkon Stenhaug

CEO

Per Håkon brings over 30 years of leadership experience, including 15 years internationally in aquaculture and seafood.

He has led turnarounds, startups and transformations – and in recent years has worked as an advisor and executive, focusing on recruitment, organizational development and strategic growth.

With a background as an elected official and board member in both public and private organizations, he combines hands-on leadership with deep insight into change management, strategic communication and international commercial operations.

This gives him a broad perspective – and a network in the blue economy that few can match.

Ebba Stenhaug

Advisor- HR & Recruitment

Ebba holds a Master’s degree in Social Anthropology from the University of Oslo, where she also completed her Bachelor’s degree. Her academic background provides her with an analytical and methodological understanding of how people, culture, and organizations evolve – expertise that lies at the core of modern recruitment and HR practices.

Ebba works with recruitment processes, career advisory, organizational culture development, and HR consulting for clients within seafood, aquaculture, the maritime industry, and related sectors.

The company’s majority owner is Per Håkon Stenhaug, who also serves as CEO. With decades of operational leadership experience in the blue sector, he has been a driving force in bringing together expertise and energy behind BlueIQ.

The other shareholders are Bluegreen Future AS and Eirik Gonsholt Hansen – together holding a significant stake and contributing deep insight into strategy, business development and sustainable innovation.

The Board of BlueIQ is composed of individuals with strong backgrounds in strategy, leadership and development within the blue economy.

Chair of the Board, Eirik Gonsholt Hansen, brings broad experience as an advisor and business developer, and has played key roles in building and scaling companies in ocean-related industries.

Together with board member Nils-Johan Tufte, he represents ownership environments with deep insight into technology, innovation and sustainable solutions.

The Board actively supports the development of BlueIQ as a professional community and trusted partner to the industry.
