BlueIQ Strengthens Its Team – Ebba Stenhaug Appointed HR and Recruitment Advisor

BlueIQ continues its growth journey and is strengthening its team with the appointment of Ebba Stenhaug (26) as HR and Recruitment Advisor, effective March 1.

Having been operational for six months, the company has already made its mark in the market through several key executive placements within the blue economy. BlueIQ closed 2025 with a positive financial result – a clear indication that the market is responding to the company’s specialized and insight-driven approach to recruitment and advisory services.

“We are experiencing strong trust from our clients and have had a very solid start. Several exciting recruitment processes have already been completed, and our pipeline for 2026 is strong. This makes it a natural step to further strengthen our team,” says Per Håkon Stenhaug, CEO and Partner at BlueIQ.

Strong Academic Foundation and Cultural Insight

Ebba holds a Master’s degree in Social Anthropology from the University of Oslo, where she also completed her Bachelor’s degree. Her academic background provides her with an analytical and methodological understanding of how people, culture, and organizations evolve – expertise that lies at the core of modern recruitment and HR practices.

At BlueIQ, she will work with recruitment processes, career advisory, organizational culture development, and HR consulting for clients within seafood, aquaculture, the maritime industry, and related sectors.

“Ebba adds deeper analytical capacity within culture and organizational understanding. She identifies connections that strengthen decision-making foundations and improve hiring accuracy.
